Name of the Fiscal Agency.
Operational Agency Name of the Operating Agency.

Operational Building

Name of the Operating Building.
Cip Code Classification of Instructional Program(CIP) Code. Indicates classification of material taught in program.
Approved Program This is the PSN and program type of the program that is allowed (approved?) by the State of MIchigan. (HELP!)
