Description 

District

The name of the district in which the student is enrolled.

PIC Number

The Personal Identification Code(PIC) of a instructor as reported for the Registry of Educational Personnel (REP). 
Staff Name The name of the course instructor.

PIC Status

Indicate whether a staff member's Personal Identification Code(PIC) is currently valid.

Most Recent Course Taught

 The name of the most recently taught course by the instructor.

Certification

 The teacher's certification as indicated by the District.
