Definition: The Completer Assessment report shows, by program, the Students taking the program along with the segments that they are enrolled in, indicating which ones they are passing (Grade of 2.0 or better), which ones they have, or are failing.
The following indicators are used in the report:
Orange shading: indicates that the student passed the segment. Not shaded means that the student did not pass the segment.

CEPD
Career Education Planning District (CEPD) number.
Fiscal Agency of the program.
District
Operating Agency of the program.
Building
Operating Building of the program.
PSN/Program
Program Serial Number (PSN). System-generated unique identifier for a local program.
Cip Code
Classification of Instructional Program(CIP) Code. Indicates classification of material taught in program.
Student
UIC
Student's Unique Identification Code (UIC).
Grd
School Grade level of the student.
Cmp
Completion status. The values are:
C – Completer (completed all 12 segments and (where possible) has taken the assessment
N – Concentrator (has completed 7 thru 12 segments)
E – Enrollee (has completed less than 7 segments)
L – Left the program (not taking any classes in that CIP)
Assess
Indicates that a student has already taken the assessment and gives the year of assessment.

Indicator of the student's status in a particular Segment. Segments represent locally defined program standards.
Q: When a course covers specialized or advanced program content beyond that in the state program standards, Segment Q is identified for the course when reporting CTE enrollments.
