Definition: The Completer Assessment Summary can be used by districts to get a Program by Program total of enrolled students, Potential completers (all 12 segments w/grades but no assessment results entered for the student), completers (all 12 segments w/ grades), concentrators (>7 segments with grades) and participants (segments taken but unknown grades). This information is based on the most recent Enrollment Validation.

  • This report represents the best assessment CTEIS can make as to where students are in their programs and their eligibility for assessment and relative completion status. However, based on the nature of the system and the constant change of data, this report is only an estimate and cannot and should not be used as proof of assessment eligibility or completion status. Please refer to individual student records and teacher information for verification.
  • This report is most accurate following complete entry of enrollment information and subsequent completion of the enrollment validation process.

CIP Code

Classification of Instructional Program(CIP) Code. Indicates classification of material taught in program.
PSN 

Program Serial Number (PSN)

PROGRAM NAME

Name of the local program.

Completer

Indicates the number of students who have met the criteria to complete a CTE Program and have completed an assessment if the program requires an assessment.

Completer Pend. Assessments

Indicates the number of students who have met the criteria to complete a CTE Program that requires an assessment but have not yet been assessed.

Concentrators

Indicates the number of students who have completed 7 or more segments but not all twelve or have been assessed.  In this case, does not include students who have completed the program.

Enrollees

Indicates the number of students who are currently enrolled in a CTE program and have not yet been identified as concentrators or completers.
