Description: This report provides data on duplicated student counts broken down by program (i.e CIP Code) and completion status (enrollee, concentrator, and completer). In addition, it also provides data on total number of programs within a given CIP code at the selected level.

Location of Report: www.cteis.com, from the Menu, select Reports and then select Enr. and Comp. Report. 

 

 

How to Run the Report:  Select the Year for which you want to generate the report. After selecting the Year, there are 7 levels of Groupings that the report can be generated for.

Each of the 7 possible combinations that can be generated, result in output that looks exactly alike except for the headings at the top of the generated table. The headings at the top of the table provide information on the group and level of detail the report is being generated for. Select the Grouping, Detail and Criteria as per your requirement. Click the Generate Report button to create your report.

 

Program Enrollment and Completion Report  

 

The report has 5 columns. They are described as follows:

Column Name Description
Program Name/Cip Code The name of the local program and the system-generated unique identifier for the local program.

#of Prog.

Total number of programs of the given CIP Code at the selected level.
Total Enrollments(Unduplicated within Cip Code) Total number of duplicated enrollments within the CIP Code.
Number (%) who were concentrators at the end of the year Total number of duplicated concentrators within the CIP Code and their proportion out of total enrollments.
Number (%) who were completers at the end of the year Total number of duplicated completers within the CIP Code and their proportion out of total enrollments

 

It is important to note that all completers are also concentrators and therefore concentrator counts include completers. To get a count of studnets who are uniquely concentrators the user will have to subtract column 5  (completers) from column 4 (concentrators + completers).
