Definition: The Program Enrollment History report displays the historical information of all students enrolled within a selected program, including segment profiles and assessment scores on record.
It is available on the CTEIS website, from the menu: Reports -> Building Reports.

Description
Cip Code
Classification of Instructional Program(CIP) Code. Indicates classification of material taught in program.
Cip Name
State official name for the program.
PSN
Program Serial Number (PSN).
Program Name
Name of the local program.
Building Number
State-assigned five-digit code for the building.
Building Name
Name of the operating building of the program.
UIC
Unique Identifier Code (UIC) is a unique 10 digit number used to identify a student.
Student Name
First name and Last Name of the student taking a CTE course as it appears on a birth certificate, legal document, or enrollment form presented at time of enrollment.
Grade
Students current grade level.
Exit Status
Two-digit code representing student's current status in school as reported by the district's (01 to 42).
Comp St.
The completion status for the student in this program. The indicators are:
Taken:
Indicates student assessment status. Indicators are:
N\A - no test applied.
Yes - the student took the assessment.
No - the student did not take the assessment.
Not applied- the student took the assessment in the year after the testing year.
Score:
CSC
Course Section Code (CSC) uniquely identifies a course within a building.
Course Name
Name of the course that the student is enrolled in.
Subsection
Identifier of the subsection (A, B, C, or D) for the specific course. Courses are further divided into subsections.
Beg.Date
First day of course instruction.
End Date
Last day of course instruction.
Segments
Indicates the segments taken in the course. Segments represent locally defined program standards. The segments are: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 x y z Q
Segments X Y Z: segments X Y and Z are also known as Segments 10 11 and 12.
Segment Q: When a course covers specialized or advanced program content beyond that in the state program standards, Segment Q is identified for the course when reporting CTE enrollments.
CGrade
Indicates the student's grade in the course.
